Need more than your plan's monthly allocation? Additional development time is available at an hourly rate.
Monthly hours do not roll over. No overage work begins without client approval.
Key Terms
6-Month Minimum
All subscription plans require a six-month minimum commitment. After that, service continues month-to-month.
Downgrades
After the minimum term, you may downgrade tiers in writing. Features not supported in the new tier may be removed.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime after the minimum term with 30 days written notice. Early cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance.
Payments
Subscription payments are due monthly. Payments more than 7 days late may result in temporary suspension.
Content Ownership
You own all content you provide. Tinneys.co retains ownership of proprietary code, frameworks, and methodologies.
Client Responsibilities
You provide written content, media assets, and manage your social media and Google Business Profile.
